‘What does Climate Emergency mean for Asset Management?’ 2022 IAM UK Chapter Conference

AMCL was represented at the 2022 IAM UK Chapter Conference in Birmingham, the first in-person since the pandemic, by James Carne, David Harman, Laura Hatton, and Kris Westall. The conference headline theme was, ‘What does Climate Emergency mean for Asset Management?’ and aimed at answering underlying questions such as:
How do we adapt our assets to reduce their environmental impacts whilst increasing their resilience?
We have large asset portfolios, so where do we start?
How do we plan for likely future scenarios and build the business case for investment?

European Water Company: Asset Investment Planning Capability Improvement

The submission and acceptance by the regulatory stakeholders of the regulatory submissions was the trigger for programs of organizational change in this European Water Company. The Asset Investment Planning (AIP) capability improvement sought to drive incremental enhancement into the preparation of capital investment plans.

Crossrail’s Business Landscape
