Describe your journey to AMCL and the opportunities provided since arrival
I crossed paths with AMCL while working for a power utility. At the time the organization was pursuing ISO 55001 certification. I worked closely with AMCL to develop an Asset Information strategy. I was very impressed with AMCL’s work, and when the opportunity to join AMCL presented itself, I was very intrigued and excited. It was a big leap for me, going from the business side to consultancy. I am very happy with my decision and have had the opportunity to work with clients from varying sectors. I enjoy the exposure to organizations and their unique asset management journeys. A big part of what drew me to AMCL was the opportunity to learn and grow.
What do you most enjoy about working at AMCL?
I enjoy the people and the culture. AMCL has a wealth of resources who are happy to provide guidance and feedback on projects as needed. I greatly appreciate the flexibility and support we are given, as a new mom I couldn’t have asked for a more considerate work environment. I also get a lot of gratification when clients value the work we do for them.
How are you helping AMCL clients to make infrastructure more valuable?
A common theme amongst our clients is to ensure the best decisions are being made to support asset performance and organizational goals. We help them by creating line of sight from strategy to planning and implementation. We support our clients by helping them make decision based on information. Ensuring technology solutions consider business and information needs.
