AMCL Sponsors Rugby 7s in the Middle East

AMCL is proud to sponsor the Cairo Old Crocs at the Dubai 7s

The Cairo Old Crocs play in the Dubai 7s, which is the largest sports and entertainment festival in the Middle East, and is part of the Rugby 7s World Tour.  The team came second in the plate competition last time and hope to win the final next year.

AMCL’s Regional Manager for the Middle East and Africa, Steve Lamb, who plays for the Cairo Old Crocs reports:

“Every year we try and raise some money for The Brain Tumour Charity, under the fund set up for Alfie Jack Morland whose life was cut short due to an inoperable tumour back in 2007.”

“Since then, through rugby, sponsorship, family and friends, £98,829 has been raised to date that goes into The Brain Tumour Charity for research.”

"We would like to thank AMCL for their sponsorship and support, it means a lot to the family of Alfie Morland, it would be great to see you there next year supporting the team."
