We retain active membership of the Asset Management Council, (AMC) and Institute of Asset Management, (IAM), with members of the company represented on the Board, Council and organising Committees.

Our Early Careers Development Programme provides a structured learning environment to provide New Starters with the necessary skills and qualifications to become successful Consultants.
Throughout the programme, you will receive specialist Asset Management training, as well as the opportunity to develop a range of professional and personal skills that will help you succeed in your career at AMCL. To support your development journey, we have a dedicated eLearning platform as well as a fantastic team of in-house trainers. In addition, you will be individually assigned a Line Manager, Mentor and Buddy. Our strong development support network is well equipped for you to achieve your career goals.
The Early Careers Programme covers two phases during your professional career progression:
The Junior Consultant role covers the first twelve to eighteen months of your career at AMCL and introduces the technical, professional and personal skills that you will gain from working at AMCL. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that you are progressing within a learning environment, developing your capabilities and ensuring that you have the requisite attributes as you move through your career towards Consultant and beyond.
AMCL have a presence globally, with offices in Europe, the Middle East, North America, Asia and Australia.
Several of our Graduates have had the opportunity to work in overseas offices and travel with the company. Whilst our Global Mobility scheme enables AMCL staff to access our global vacancies to work across projects & locations either remotely, or by relocating to another office, in some cases on temporary secondments or longer-term/permanent moves.
