Describe your journey to AMCL and the opportunities provided since arrival?
My last assignment before joining AMCL was working on Asset Life Extension projects for electrical and instrumentation assets for the Oil & Gas industry. It is then that I realized the importance of Asset Management and how complying with Asset Management standards triggered optimization opportunities for the company. Joining AMCL allowed me to understand the importance of applying Asset Management concepts and methodologies in a well-structured manner. It also gave me the opportunity to work with various industries such as utilities and municipalities. Finally, I am privileged to work with a group of subject matter specialists that operate as a family and are always available to coach and support me as and when required.
What do you most enjoy about working at AMCL?
Working with different clients and tackling challenges on daily basis is enhancing my knowledge. Furthermore, dealing with clients with different personalities, backgrounds and ethnicities is helping me build a more professional personality. Patience, agility, and flexibility are a few examples of what I have gained so far. Every day, there is a new thing to learn and to benefit from. AMCL tends to look at challenges as opportunities unlike other companies. We work very closely with our clients, and we ensure that the intended outcome of our engagement is achieved. This is how we are building our reputation, strong database, and experience for various regions in the world.
How are you helping AMCL clients to make infrastructure more valuable?
Our clients started understanding the benefit of Asset Management. We are supporting them to establish a strong, rigid Asset Management system complying with international standards like ISO 55001. Furthermore, we are helping them find out optimization opportunities and implement the same to achieve targets like reduction in the OPEX and CAPEX expenditures. We are also exposing them to new technologies to become leading companies in their own field and industry. Lastly, we are providing training programs for various levels within the organization as our clients and heavily investing in their Human Capital.
