AMCL welcomes Amy Lindblom to our USA team

“As an asset manager working on the client side for the last 10 years, I worked with a lot of Asset Management consulting companies. Throughout that time, AMCL was the only consultancy that brought the skills and experience necessary for my organization to achieve its asset management goals. When I decided to move on to the next chapter of my career, my decision to join AMCL was easy. It is the only place that consistently demonstrates it truly understands strategic Asset Management and honestly cares about delivering value for its clients.

AMCL is pleased to announce that Amy Lindblom (MIAM, CCMP) has joined the USA team as a Principal Consultant.

Amy is an influential Asset Management leader with 12 years of experience leading cross-functional, strategic business process improvements, realising strategic asset management. This includes 9 years of experience implementing ISO 55001 compliant management systems. She has been active in the internal Asset Management community since 2014, and is the USA Chapter Chair of the IAM. Additionally, Amy is heavily involved in the US Technical Advisory Group to the ISO Technical Committee 251 (TC251) and the Women in Asset Management (North America) group. Amy is also a Certified Change Management Professional and is experienced in taking systematic approaches to affecting organizational culture changes that are often required when pursuing ISO certifications.

At her previous position as the Director of Enterprise Asset Management at Sound Transit, Amy led the agency’s efforts to implement a world-class enterprise Asset Management framework across a diverse set of transit assets, developing and directing an implementation program for achieving ISO 55001 certification. Prior to this, Amy worked at PG&E, developing critical components of their Asset Management System in support of achieving PAS55 and ISO55001 certification and recertification of their Gas Operations line of business.

Simon Smith, AMCL’s Director of Asset Management for the US commented: “Having worked closely with Amy for many years as a client, it became apparent that her Asset Management experience and passion were an ideal fit for AMCL as our business continues to grow across the US. We’re delighted that she has joined our team and look forward to her supporting our clients with their Asset Management transformation programs”.

Please join us in welcoming her to our team!
