The company plays a critical role in supporting homes, businesses, and public services across the region. Its operations span an extensive service area, underpinned by a vast infrastructure network that includes thousands of kilometres of water mains and sewers, hundreds of treatment works, pumping stations, and reservoirs. This company is dedicated to maintaining and investing in this essential infrastructure to ensure reliable water supply, public health, and sustainable usage.

Their Challenge

With the challenges of the past this company has an ambitious programme of capital works to be delivered in AMP8 period (2025-2030) to enhance the asset health of their infrastructure, deliver compliance and provide long-term value to its customers.

The company entered AMP8 with the need to deliver extensive environmental benefits and resilience programmes.
