• Re-appointment until 2012 as The Independent Reporter on Asset Management for the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) and Network Rail in the United Kingdom
• Extensive support to the UK water industry with PR09 asset management plans
• Winners of the 2008 IET Award for Innovation in Asset Management
• Development of holistic maintenance strategies for the Crossrail, Thameslink, East London and North London Line rail lines in the United Kingdom
